1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the db66 platform and all its services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

db66 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently available.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.

4.4 Correct Account Information

Please provide the correct mobile banking number when making a withdrawal. db66 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4.5 Transaction Verification

db66 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction. If evidence of fraud is found, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The db66 welcome bonus is up to 120% on your first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each player may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant offer details.
• db66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on db66 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, db66 will refund the staked amount.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.3 System Errors

Any winnings or bonuses incorrectly displayed due to software or hardware errors will be considered void. db66 is not liable for such errors.

6.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, you can place bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets and odds may change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation will be considered final.

7 VIP Program

db66's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier based on your regular gaming activity. db66 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db66 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial advantage.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security or systems.
• Stealing another user's information or using their account.
• Filing false claims or chargebacks against db66.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 db66's Rights

db66 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• To comply with regulatory authority directives.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advised to withdraw your available balance before closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions due to force majeure events.
